


NOTE: Manually select Labels from the Other Type menu if the inserted labels do not show on the Paper drop down menu. Select the inserted labels from the Paper drop down menu.

Barcode labels are created in a new document. Open the Add-Ins tab and click on Convert All to finish the Mail Merge and create the barcodes. To center, click Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+E. Create and format the document as required. Click on Update Labels to copy the fields into the other labels on the page.Click on New Document to Create a Document Template based on the Label Type.NOTE: If the Product Vendor or Product Number is unavailable, select a Label type that closely matches the Label design, or contact the Label vendor for support. From that same function, you can select the Mail. Select the Type of Labels used from the Product Number field. To begin merging, start Word, open the desired document (or start with blank one), and switch to the Mailings tab all of the Mail Merge controls are located here. On the Mailings tab of the ribbon select the Start Mail Merge icon to choose the document type - here labels.Select the Brand of Labels used from the Label Vendors drop down menu.Select Bypass Tray from the Page Printers drop down menu.NOTE: Load US Letter or A4 Size Label sheets in Long Edge Feed (LEF) Orientation. The Tray Confirmation Screen will now display at the Control Panel.
